Current & Past Projects of 555 Motorsports

Project is on a 2004 STi

I'm finally at a point where I can post up a good thread bout this build that started over 4 months ago. Before I start this is Burnin4's old car, however nothing is the same from that set-up (aside from the block and rims basicly).

Well here is the set-up and story...I've been working on this project for 5 months, originally it was going to be a build i would do later in time but due to a spun rod bearing my build started 4 hrs after i bought the car

The Build Sheet:

ENGINE:
-Axis Stage 5 Block
-Axis Stage 2 Heads
-Kelford 276/276 cams
-Prova Oil re-circulation system
-KAS (Kito Auto Sport) -Pre-production Intake Manifold
-DC Sport Header
-555 Motorsports Prototype Turbo Kit (1st kit for durability telling) w/ GT30R Turbo for comparison testing (THEN Precision Turbo 6262 )
-Modified Perrin FMIC kit w/ blow-thru MAF set-up
-Deastch Werks 1100 CC injectors
-Aeromotive Fuel Rails with custom parallel fuel system
-Aeromotive FPR
-Dual in-tank Walbro 255 set-up
-1 step colder spark plugs
-HKS Twin-spark (iginition amplifier)

Drivetrain:
-Stock 2006 STi transmission and rearend
-DSS Stage 5 rear axles & hubs
-HKS Twin-plate clutch

Suspension:
-BC Racing Coilovers (More Adjustability than stock, but still not done yet)
-Perrin Front and Rear sway bars and Endlinks
-Cusco Front and Rear strut tower bars
-Kartboy "botox bolts"
-HKS Rear Camber bolts

Accessories:
-Defi Gauge set-up (Oil Pressure, Oil Temp, Fuel Pressure, EGT)
-AEM Uego Air Fuel Ratio Gauge
-AVCR Boost controller
-HKS Type 1 Turbo Timer (Special Edition BLACK)

The car will start off on the stock ECU then from there I will probably upgrade to a Motec or Hydra 2.6 depending on what route we go with this car.

The goal of this car is a street trim car that is very capable and competitive on the track (both road course and drag racing).

There is something about a car that looks fairly stock and is a joy to drive that really gets going and has the spirit of a race car.

It's going to be my daily driver, and as soon as this project is done we will start the build on a FULL race trim car.

I will have dyno numbers and comparisons here shortly to show the gains and potential of this set-up with the newly developed parts.
